Amaranthe vocalist Mikael Sehlin to appear on Valkyrie's Fire debut full length album

Mikael Sehlin - the dynamic powerhouse growler for the world renowned metal band Amaranthe - will appear in the first single and music video for the Valkyrie's Fire debut full length album. Mikael also did the mastering for the massive 13 track album which clocks in at a staggering 72 minutes. The end result is absolutely EPIC!!!!!
Having previously listened to the Valkyrie's Fire debut EP "Ascension", Mikael stepped up and delivered a massive message - "Makes me happy when comparing your release from 2024, ours feels waaay bigger".
Guitarist Joey Grimaldi handled the recording and mixing duties as the primary engineer, and then handed off the album to Mikael to do the mastering. What the entire band has managed to do on this new album is going to blow the minds of so many people around the world!! Valkyrie's Fire is a band that needs more worldwide recognition!!
Mikael was determined to do his part to make that happen with this dynamic masterpiece album. He certainly delivered on that promise!!
Announced on June 6, 2026, fans around the world are incredibly excited and ready for this debut single from the long awaited full length album by Valkyrie's Fire.
Amaranthe fans will also appreciate the dynamic and impressive work done by vocalist Mikael Sehlin on the song "Burning Sky", as well as the impeccable mastering job he has done on this massive album. The full album is complete and will be released in September 2026. Between now and then, Valkyrie's Fire will unleash several new music videos.
The wait is over!! The single will be available for streaming on Friday June 12th, with the music video to follow on Tuesday June 16th.

Mikael Sehlin is an absolute beast on the song "Burning Sky", and is credited with not only his appearance in the song and in the music video, but as the mastering engineer of this epic album!! Mikael has been quietly working behind the scenes with Valkyrie's Fire since the beginning of 2026 - even while on a massive world tour in Europe and South America with his band Amaranthe - and he has been extremely excited about this album!!
